A recent study from the University of Missouri (MU) may have found a natural way to fight breast cancer. Researchers there found “luteolin, a natural compound found in herbs such as thyme and parsley, and vegetables such as celery and broccoli, could reduce the risk of developing metastasis originating from triple-negative breast cancer in women,” according to the school. Considering you probably already consume at least one of those things somewhat regularly, that’s awesome news.
